Mission StatementConcepts of Independence - Managed Care {COI-MC) provides consumer directed personal assistance services to more than 3,000 consumers under the Medicaid Managed Care Health Benefit Plan throughout the State of New York. In addition, COI-MC provides payroll and program administration services to these consumers who employ personal assistants.
